For me, Fall means getting back to a feel-good routine around my self-care.
Summer is fun, but as a mom, it always leaves me feeling a little stretched thin between keeping my kid's entertained, making it a memorable, fun summer and trying to maintain my household and work. Fitness & nutrition can feel hard to keep up with.
A new school year (with my kids going full-time, in-person!!!) means that I get to fall back into my flow. This new season I'm seeking a better balance between all aspects of my being.
My Fall Flow Fitness Challenge along with Rebel Wellness Nutrition is how I plan to take care of my physical being, which in turn will benefit the mental, emotional and spiritual levels of my being as well.
